Lunch Room - Open Warehouse Space - Designed plan in CAD program and built to specs: lunch room, storage room, cabinets, and tiles.

Office Building - Office building built onto existing greenhouse for business.

Office Renovation - Converted large open office area into three smaller offices to match others. French doors with side lights were built on site.

Wheelchair Accessibility - Made upper deck and building wheelchair accessible, installed garden door, cut down part of old deck, installed 70' of ramp and concrete.

Warehouse Conversion - Served as hands-on General Contractor overseeing and working with carpentry crew. Converted 11,600 sq. ft. x 80'H bare warehouse space to stop motion studios and offices. Studio flat paneling built on site.

Retaining Walls - built to spec to hold post office boxes
